Refund Policy

Overlay is a digital software product. Once a purchase has been processed and access, download, activation, or license delivery has been provided, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We encourage you to review product information, compatibility requirements, and the one-time purchase price before completing checkout.

We may review refund requests in good faith when there is a duplicate charge, a billing error, a failed license delivery, or a confirmed technical issue that prevents reasonable use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable support window.

Refunds are usually not provided for change-of-mind purchases, partial use after successful delivery, or issues caused by unsupported environments, third-party software, or circumstances outside our control after delivery.

Overlay is sold as a one-time purchase license, not a subscription. The listed checkout price is CNY 168 or USD 24 depending on purchase currency unless we clearly state a different offer.

Because there is no recurring billing, there are no future renewal charges to cancel.

Send your request to our support address within 7 days of the charge whenever possible, and include enough information for us to verify the order and investigate the issue.

We may ask for logs, screenshots, version details, or reproduction steps when the request depends on a technical problem.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where available. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

If a purchase platform applies its own billing rules, those platform rules may also affect timing and eligibility.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

Where local law provides mandatory refund rights, those rights will control to the extent required.
